Read PP Master Data

Hi,

Created Production Order 31.12.2011

I have change BOM Consumption today. when i am making in fiction Tab Read PP Master Data in Order.

system giving me error:

Error or warning occurred during master data transfer (see log), Message no. C2195

.

when i go in logs pp read master Data there Log is

Configuration in order 14000020 is invalid for current date*
*Message no. C2304

.

i want to work on same production order.

when i generate Order that time nothing error, with MRP and Manually also working fine.

I have check followings things:

1) Check what is the BOM application assigned in the Production order type dependent parameters in OPL8 for that production order type and plant combination.

2) BOM application in OS30.

3) BOM status is 1

4) in order Components also copy.

is there any Note Apply?

Hi SAPPPCONSULTANT,

May the date is not supporting your work. May be change the or update the dates at company code level through the T-code MMPV ok.

I hope it not sure.....

Pl. clear what BOM consumption ,Do u have changed?

Do u HAVE change BOM?

If the order is already confirmed & having status DLV ,i.e fully delivered,

now u are attempting to update BOM & Rouitng?

Hi Devendra,

I have Generate the Production order Through MRP, Planned order to Production order.

and order also release but GI pending and operation also not done. but now customer wants to Change bom and as per bom effect in Order. and i have change consumption in BOM.

Hi,

Please check the BOM application in OPL8. Make it PP01 if it is production general.

Also make BOM selection field in MRP4 view make it blank.

Hi,

All configuration is ok.. for FERT material Type..

but we are using MODE material Type and i am using Variants it is Configurable Material,

In Configurable material Read PP master Data function not supporting..

we are working in Retail

Check BOM validity date and order date.

when doing read PP master data put routing and BOM explosion date as current date.
