QA11 - Record Usage Decision - Document Text problem

Hi Experts,

In transaction QA32, for recording of usage decision, alternatively QA11 t-code is called for recording of usage decision.

While entering data for "To blocked stock", there is a push buttone named as "Document".

On clicking to that push button, a text editing dialouge box appears on the screen and allow user to enter the text.

Now, I want to find out the table in which we enter the text in QA32 (in Record Usage Decision TAB: To blocked stock).

The data is getting Stored in Structure RQEVA and Field SGTXT04. But i am not able to get the table name.

Can any plz help me out? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

The text you are entering for the blocked text or rejection text will be stored in MSEG table with respect to the material document. You can get this document number from QAMB with respect to inspection lot.
Also you need to check whether you are using enhancement MBCF0002 (include ZXMBCU02). In this case you must fill the export parameter E_SGTXT with the value you want (or I_MSEG-SGTXT). If you don't do this, the item text gets cleared.

Have a look at Function Module: QPK1_CODE_TEXT.

Is the text not comming from TQ06T-QKZ_TEXT or TQ07T-VENT_TEXT.

Thanks for the reply. However I have not get long text data which I have entered in Document window.
