Project scope

Hi ,

can somebody give me some examples for any real "project scope" defined in the SAP implemenation project or (what was the scope of a project you worked (any industry))

As an example what legacy systems will be replaced. Will GL, AP AR and fixed assets be utilized. Or will GL be done first then a later project you will implement AR. Map out what is your legacy and the overall project approach that you plan to replace those or not.
