Procurement profile cannot be changed error

Hi Experts,

We are trying to use this BAPI:  BAPI_REQUISITION_DELETE to close a Purchase Requisition w/ PO but it always return an error message 'Procurement profile cannot be changed'. When we do manual closing via ME52N it works without error message. Any idea? thanks!!

Note: The KBA 1935227 - 6Q 204 Error is offering a solution to implement the OSS note 1080387, but this OSS note is not released yet. You may need to contact SAP for that.
