It seems that we are able to use fractional quantities for production orders and internal movements, however, the system will not allow use of fractional quantities for customer returns. In other words, if we have a material with a base UOM of Tote and we want to process a customer return for .75 of a Tote, the system will not allow it.
How can this restriction be changed?
Thanks.

Hi Ralph,
Can I know which is the SI you are using to process the returns?
It should allow partial quantity when you are creating the returns orders through accelerated customer returns process (SI: BKP). It would be good if you can provide the steps you are following.
