Predictive text

Hello Experts,

when we type some alphabets in any SAP field, system suggest the available options. For eg., for vendor field if the vendor name is Ashley and if I start tying alphabet "A" it should  show me options as "Amazon" "Ashley" etc. for me to select one from the suggestion.

When i login to the system, i can see these suggestions, however, when user tries to do that System is not suggesting any predictive text for him to select from. Please suggest

The different results per user may be attributed to user roles, so that is first thing to check.
