Picking List missing rows

Hi all,

we had a strange scenario with a customer with SAP Business One 9.0 (9.02.001) PL: 09 HOTFIX1 SQL Server.

Our customer uses the picking list document selecting the sales order without working lines by lines.

The customer post a picking list of four sales orders but one of them (the last one) that have 50 rows got only 20 of them inside the picking list.

This is not happening anymore but this behavior ended with our customer to ship only a part of the order without having any notice of that and he had a claim from the customer that originally paid for all the goods but received only a half.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,

Please check  last sales order whether partially delivered. Also check under settings Under Document settings-->Per document-->Pick list.
