Hi,

have you had a look at the Help Portal already?

In essence parameter effectivity helps especially "serialized" manufacturers, e.g. airplanes, cars, etc., to have customer-specific variations of one specific initially defined product model and related "configuration" changes.

Also, it avoids date-based effectivities, meaning based on a parameter you can have different "configurations" at the same time.
