Hi,

You have to log in to:

http://service.sap.com/

There go to SAP Support Portal. Keyin your user-id and password (Imp: Please save your password, if secured on to your PC/ Laptop, as it will ask time to time in between).

There Click: Help & Support.

Further Click: Report a Product Error.

Now, you have to explain your error by keying-in entries within different field as you process it in SAP-System (its not like writing a simple mail).

This is because SAP has specific consultant for specific requirement though its from

SAP-SD --> Billing -->

1. Copying from another source document, Or

2. At the time of saving the doumnet, say for an example.

Though these query are related to SAP SD and that to Billing, there might be different consultants to handle/ resolve specific error.

Once, you log the query; Save it.

Best Regards,

Amit.

Hi Amit,

What if i donn want to Report an error, i juss wanted to raise a question.

Suppose : I got a doubt saying which service pack supports for Groupware Integration CRM 2007 latest version, then i wanted to ask this question to SAP by sending an OSS message, this is not a problem.

From where can i raise these doubts or questions. Is there any way in SAP SERVICE MARKETPLACE.

I found REPORT A PRODUCT ERROR in HELP & SUPPORT

https://websmp102.sap-ag.de/MESSAGE ---> HELP & SUPPORT -

> REPORT A PRODUCT ERROR

Can anyone suggest me regarding this issue.

Thanks & Regards

Dear Shiva,

In such Case,

Either mail your query to:

https://websmp102.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/011000358700001489081997E/

Note: Mention your "Customer-ID" in the communication.

Or, go to:

http://service.sap.com ---> SAP Support Portal ---> Request Help

i.e.

https://websmp202.sap-ag.de/~sapidp/011000358700006398732006E/

which is nothing but to write your query to appropriate Expert Forum.

Best Regards,

Amit.

Hi there ,

Customer ID is number which starts with S , If you are certified SAP consultant , you would have got that SAP card which has "S" no.

Ask your basis guys to provide you one .

hope this w'd help you.

Dear Shiva,

In boarder perspective, when any company implements SAP-System at their end, SAP A.G. provides a Customer-Id for further Support and Maintainance.

All communications, made through http://service.sap.com, between your Company and SAP will be logged with this Customer-ID only.

Best Regards,

Amit.

Note: All your Clients i.e. Development or Quality or Production; are also maintained within this Customer-Id, on to http://service.sap.com
