How can a question to be put across to SAP via an OSS message and where can we see all the OSS notes?

Hi!

As Manu wrote before on the service.sap.com you will be able to handle all the support related questions.

Please go through on the Service Marketplace to the following root:

service.sap.com -> under the title "SAP Support Portal" you can find a quick link to the "Product Errors". Here you can post a message to the SAP.

Here on the left hand side you can find another options accordingly:

Search Messages

Display my Messages

Documentation

How to Speed up a Message

Positive Call Closure

Media Library

Learning Map
