Opentext VIM - Validation Client

After a system copy, the necessary adjustments were made to the arquive, however, the documents do not reach the Validation Client, it remains in the Business Center Workplace on wait with status 72, and then I have to force it on the Handler.
I have JOBS active
/OTX/PF13_P_TRIGGER
/OTX/PF01_P_IDF_TRIGGER
