Hi,
I have never worked on an OM implementation project. Have worked only on a support project for OM. My new client has to implement OM module in addition to PA, Benefits and Payroll. Please guide me how do have to proceed for OM? Where should I start? How do I define Org structure? How to work on graphical hierarchy structure? What all objects, relationships and actions would be required to be configured? Please help and guide me.
Thanks,
Ashima.

Starting point will be the business need of your client of course. If I understand you correctly, your client is already live with PA? If that is the case - consider how to set up integration and whether to run some integration reports that mirror PA into OM. Also how you want integration to run afterwards.
It is vital that you understand the basics of PA/OM in SAP. It is easy to "mess up" the system if you get this wrong. There are some good books on PD/OM out at SAP Press - try to look into these as well.
