Is Always marked means , When we do config in OBCP for USA there is a check box for Cash discount so do it need to be always check for USA ??

You got 2 flags in OBCP fot TAXUSJ:

1 - base amount for discount calculation

2 - Tax Base to be reduced by the discount share.

You don't need mark that option unless will want conced descount for some Tax Jurisdiction. You can leave blank or you can set no entries there.

The another indicator is deppendent from 1st one. It reduces the tax bases for discount conceded by the discount share.
