Multiple languages in the same note type

How can i enter a header note which has the same note type in two or more languages in the Texts tab??

In this example i cannot add another note in the header note 2 type.

How can i add another note in a different language??

in below the text area there is a language option where you can select the language also there is a create option where you can create it.
