MRP Controller

Hi All,

i just wnat to know how can i remove a mrp controller for a specific plant and also

how can i have another mrp controller to a specific plant.what transaction shoul i use.thanks!

Use OMD0 transaction to add/delete and change for MRP controllers. These plant specific.

In this is in material master then use MM02..or MM17 for mass changes as prasobh mentioned.

Allan,

Make sure you make it in 2 steps...

1. First configure the new MRP controller and transport the changes to Production, Use MM17 to mass change the MRP controller assignment of materials to the new MRP controller.

2. Now once the changes are implemented delete the exisiting MRP controller and move this transport to Production.

The reason why I am suggesting is that when you are deleting the existing MRP controller before changing the assignment in the materail master, it would create problems.
