dear sd gurus

In MMR of sales organisation-1,I Have put minimum order quantity as 10 and minimum delivery quantity as 6.

But I am comfortably to  make the sales order for more than 10 materials and also do the delivery for more than 6 items.

It doesn't block the user.

So what are the other configurations I have to do?

HI Venu

Minimum order quantity means the minimum quantity of goods that should be ordered. So only if the minimum ordered quantity is less than the quantity mentioned in the MMR, the system will throw a warning message. From what you have told, i have understood taht the system is allowing to create an order with more than 10 quantity, which is the right way the system is behaving. Try giving less than 10 and 6 quantity and tell the output.

regards

Harish

dear,

run MM02 or MM03 for your particular material (for your plant + sales org. + distr. chan)

and go to tab  'Sales : sales org.1'
