Measuring document reporting

Hello all,

I will try to make it simple.

Here is the business scenario.

I have an equipment for which a measuring point has been created.

Measuring documents are being created automatically on a daily basis (overnight).

I have counter based maintenance plan that are triggering orders with notification...

Well all that is working. But I am struggling to find any report based on measuring document.

Like do we have anything that would show us the measuring point status since last maintenance?

Or anything that would allow us to follow for a list of equipment the current counter value?

And so on.

Any input appreciated.

Dear,

In standard SAP , we can post measurement documents at the time of confirming maintenance order operations.So that system will link the maintenance order for each measurement document.

As you said ,you are posting measuring points daily and when your performance based maintenance order triggers, kindly post the measuring point  readings with respect to that order at the time of confirmation using transaction IW41.

If do this system updates in IK17 report.

In this way you can track the readings posted with respect to due package of performance or time or strategy based maintenance activities.

It can be obtained using IK17, what you mean by measurement counter status.

It sounds like you need the tcode is IK17

Also try IE07 for a list of equipment with measurement data.
