MB51 shift wise reporting functionality requirement

Hi Experts

This is related to MB51 reporting functionality

Requirement

User wants to see all transactions executed with respect to a plant and shift combination in MB51

Shift 1 - 11 am to 7 pm

Shift 2 - 6 pm to 7 am

But when i tried entering these inputs and am getting the error as " Lower limit is greater than upper limit"

Please guide me to meet the requirements

Hi Prasanna,

I do not think you can put the filter of time here. You only enter the date and execute. Export the list and get the details from excel.

Another option is, you will have to use any field for shift. You can activate any free fields (for example Goods recipient etc) and enter shift number in this field while entering the goods movements. Based on this field, you can give the reports / user can use mb51 and specify the date and shift number.
