Material Display with Old Material Code

Hi,

Is there a standard report which can show me the following Material Master Data (04 columns):

SAP Material No, Old Material No, Short Description, Unit Of Measure.

The tcode MM03 displays one material at a time and report MM60 shows the above data as a list but minus the column "Old Material No.", but for me that field is very important.

You can use search term field to enter old material number.

Hi,

In MM03, F4 or drill down material number then you will get search screen there u select Material by old material number, put * in Old material number and Material field and "Enter" now u will get list of available old material number with description and Material.

Hi BK,

Thanks a lot but we have around 30,000 records. When I enter * in Old Material and Material field and leave the No Of Hits field blank, then it says more than 5000 inputs. But when I download then only 5000 records are imported and not all.

Any Idea?

Goto SE16N Table MARA

Only select Fields BISMT - Old Material No

MEINS - Unit

MAKTX - Decription

Execute you will get all the records if you remove the max hits

Hi,

There are no standard reports available . You have to get the data from MARA table or can go for developing a custom report with the help of an technical person.

Use Table MARA you can get everything Tcode SE16 or SE16N to access the table
