Material creation problem

Hi,

I'm facing a problem, which is as below :

There are two user id with same authorization,

1.) In one user 1 when I create the material (MM01) with reference to other material, its not asking the values to enter, it is totally copied all values from the copied material.

In user 2 when I create the material (MM01) with reference to same material as above,it copies the value except its asking the values in purchasing view and mrp view e.g. purchasing group, mrp type, mrp controller.

I want totally copied values in user 2 from the reference material, pl. assist me to sort out this problem.

Hi,

Thanx for your reply and I check with the tcode S_BCE_68001430, which is similar to SUIM.

I compare the user codes with the help of S_BCE_68001430, and it is ok.

Still the problem remain same.

is this regularly occuring? How did you come to conclusion that is problem with user id.

this can simply happen because you did not select plant code for reference material ...or may be because MRP controller is not valid for plant in which you are extending material.

And it is occuring in one particular user id.

compare user parameters of both users. in SU01
