Master data table data validation

Hi All,

Got a question on how we can validate data in Master tables by looking at the data in the tables?

For example, if I have Material Master - how can I validate and ensure all the required/mandatory fields are populated in the tables.

I want to validate these values from the backend tables to ensure that all the required data is present. Coz sometimes found some data is not set up correctly and it needs to be updated manually.

I am using a BI tool where planning to create some kind of report to ensure all the required fields are present in the backend tables if not then the respective user can go and update the data.

Let me know if there is a way to achieve this.
