Master Data Error while Data Integration

Hi experts,

When I run certain data integration process via Data Integration Jobs (Flat File), some records are rejected due 'missing master data'.

Is there anyway to create automatically those 'missing master data' with an specific value for an attribute, e.g. 'Source Invalid'?

So, I would be able to register the actual values, but the master data wouldn't be able to be used by futher Optimization.

This scenario would represent "Actual STOs" for transportation lanes that should not be considered for planning.
