Maintain County Code for US

Anybody knows how to maintain the county code for US persons on infotype 6, screen 2010? Pls note that we are using concurrent emoployment with module pool MP000600_CE for USA and CA. Also , we dont want to do any system mod.

Hi,

To maintain County Code, you have the option in PA of IMg.

IMG -> PM -> PA -> Address

None of you guys understood my problem. I wanted to know the config by which employees county code can be maintained in infotype 6. I'm not asking abt the county code master data table.

There is a field in IT0006 to maintain Country Key. There U can choose US.

Is It Ur requirement?

If Yes let me know the screen number U are using for IT0006. and Chk in Feature P0006 what is maintained under Country US and CA.

As far as I can see the County Code is not included in screen 2010 and I think that's your problem - am I correct?

If so, please implement SAP Note 661760 - Addresses infotype: Incorrect field labels.

I wrote COUNTY, Not COUNTRY. Aankh me motiya bind hua hain kya?

The Note is about the Label texts, which is not the issue for me. I want to have P0006-COUNC in my Infotype as a field.

You could change the alternative screen in table T588M - but I don't know if this just creates another problem for you.

Ex. Change the alternative screen to 2009 for variable key 10 - this screen includes COUNC.

Otherwise contact SAP and report an error.

Country Code you define at

Spro>general setting>setcountries>Define Country Code

The country code is the country dialling code according to the ITU-T norm.
