Item Master Data - Ordered Quantity

Dear Experts,

In the Stock Data tab of the Item Master Data Window the ordered quantity appeared for the below item code is 6075.

In the Available-to-Promise window (right click in the item master data window --> available-to-promise) the ordered quantity appeared is 10132,5.

How is it possible that the ordered quantity in the Available-to-promise window is different from the ordered quantity from the stock data in the item master data window ?

Hi,

It may be issue with your system. You restore item balance with SAP support.

Ordered Data in Item Master and Available to Promise Ordered data must be equal....

How is this case explained?
