invoice table structure

could please tell any one of you, how to see the inovice table structure though there is no data in the tables structure

Hi There,

I believe you want to use ECATT for transferring data from legacy to SAP...( read from your previous post) and thats why you want to know the invoice table structure right?

For this you can go to SE11, input the table VBRK and see the fields(columns of invoice table) For header details

and then VBRP for Item details,

THANKS FOR UR PROMPT RESPONSE , I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT ARE THE MANDATORYFIEDLS IN INVOICE (VBRK ABD VBRP) TO THE POST THE DOCUMENT FROM NON SAP TO SAP.

Hi Ahmed,

I don't have access to SAP now, You can check it by yourself as i suggested, And one thing when you are transferring the data by eCATT procedure you have to send the data in sequence.

For example :

in Legacy if you have data like

Bill no Date Net value Payer

And in VBRK if its like

Bill no Date (additional columns) Net Value Payer

Then in the Tab eliminated file the entries will be

Bill no Date (Blank) Net Value Payer.

Remember one more thing take precautions about the sequence of the columns,
