You can delete the Physical Inventory document through T Code MI02.
Enter -Phys. inventory doc. number & Fiscal year & click on delete icon (Shift+F2).

You can not delete a l inventory document once posted rather you can reverse it or archive it.exception to reversal is document created by physical inventory.

if it is difference posted, then via archiving in transaction SARA object MM_INVBEL
