Internal queue not working

Hi all!

I have problem with triggering a scenario step by internal queue as inbound trigger.

It works in my development environment 8.82PL10 but not in production 8.82PL5.

Therefore I have tested with a new simple scenario step (created in production) with the internal queue as inbound and void as outbound.

The sending step puts the message in the queue, as I can verify in the queue monitor. But the receiving step will not be triggered.

I find no errors. All status is ok. Only place where I find error is in the activation report, se below.

It states that the queue is not activated, not running.

No IPO-steps are deactivated.

How to correct this?

Hi all!

I just found the note 1802797 that informs:

Using both internal queue and successor/predecessor doesn't work due to a bug in B1if.

Solution: upgrade to 8.82PL11.

If customer is not ready for upgrade, I have to redesign my steps by replacing successor/predecessor with internal queue.
