Hey Rohan,
quite an easy one, isn't it? Initial stock entry (mvt. type 561) is a goods movement posting, meaning, you need a transaction/app which is capable of processing such.
MIGO (Movement In - Goods Out) is the SAP GUI transaction to do all kinds of postings and is the successor of the "old" ECC transaction MB1*, MBST, ... which are obsolete with S/4HANA.
Post Goods Movements app, is more or less the "Fiori version" of MIGO.
For Stock Single Material app, check the Fiori App Library here. It's used to check and compare stocks of a single material.
Post Goods Receipt without Reference app, check the Fiori App Library here. It's basically used to do a GR posting without a reference document, e.g. a purchase order.
