Incorrect commitment update during purchase requisition changes

Dear All

We have unstable work of commitments update during purchase requisitions (PRF) changes on SAP ECC 6.0. Usually it happens when people are deleting line items of PRF, money does not getting back to WBS budget. It happens from time to time and I could not reproduce it. SAP recommended using SAP Notes which contain reports for correction data in appropriate tables (152571, 100406, 534993, 152571, 100409).

It does not satisfy me as I need solution for it to prevent such system behavior in future. Does someone have experience in it? Probably you found way how reproduce error?

Hi Eduard,

The following SAP notes are possible root causes of the inconsistent of commitment update:

1379150

1398796

1432085

1439711

1491430

1494533

1541767

1562783

Then execute RKANBU01 and RKCOR04 to rebuild the commitment.

Ok. may be you can describe in detail what you have done whereby the commitment is not reduced.

Unfortunatly I could not reproduce issue. It looks like, you have flag closed in Quntities\Dates in purchase requisition but in CJI5 we still have commitment related to this PRF line.
