IDOC ORDERS05 segment E1EDPT1/E1EDPT2

Hello gurus,

Can you help with that problem?

I have a scenario which once the sales order creation and in item texts procedure is fulfilled a PO is create vie IDOC ORDERS05.

The problem I am facing is the IDOC is only getting 2 of my text on item level and not all of them I have 6 texts, so in my text procedure scheme is Ok on SD/MM part because the PO is getting the same text as the sales order in item level.

In the segment (E1EDPT1 /E1EDPT2) of the IDOCs is not populated all text only 2 and in the SO i have 6 text line differents one.

I have checked the customizing under the:

Materials Management àPurchasingàMessages àTexts for MessagesàDefine Texts for Purchase OrderàTexts for Document Item.

Can you give help why the segments are not showing in the IDOC structure?

Long time back, similar issue came in one of my projects and I don't remember exactly how it has been solved. Check whether the value is passed on to E1EDP01-POSEX which will then be moved to E1EDPT2-POSEX. I don't have access to SAP and hence, not sure on this

Hi Lakshmipathi,

yes the E1EDP01-POSEX is Ok, the problem was inthe print sequence in the custo.
