Hi Friends,
I want more information on Global Payroll. Can anyone explain the process of Global payroll. Which are the modules imperative to the Global payroll.
Is it the same as Payroll for concurrent employees or global employees?
If anybody has documents with respect to Global payroll..please send it.

you are asking about the client requirement....
you should make yourself clear what client requires...sap has concurrent concept.
client may ask feasability of the software before going for sap
Generally you need time attendence/abences...time managament
Personnel administration
organization structure with the functional/organizational view
then you think of payroll so these are base for your payroll

In global payroll the net part is done at country level and gross part can be done globally
in order to do so you need all essential requirements for basic payroll run and use international schema to run...even you can custamize as per the business scenerio

Hi,
With reference to the Global payroll, my client requirement is to propose a SAP- global payroll system from non-SAP system.
1) Need to track the attendance
2) Need to track the different country assignment policies
3) Need to track the payroll legal compliance.
Do we need to implement Global payroll with the GEM or concurrent employment option.??
