Getting Error in BAPI_INSPECTIONPLAN_CREATE

Am unable to create inspection plan through bapi "BAPI_INSPECTIONPLAN_CREATE" ,Although GROUP & GROUP COUNTER was generating but not creating/ updating into database table. and getting this error

1). "A CQCL 008 Inspection characteristic cannot be uniquely assigned to one operation".

Can any one please help me regarding this error.

You require a S-id to open those links.

Without S-id, you can only preview notes and KBA

raviteja.goud2 All SAP clients with a license can access the SAP Support. Just ask the client an access to look at these SAP notes.
