Hello uditjain16,
Can you once check whether sturucture indicator is present in the configuration path and also the edit mask too. Because in most of the cases it will get an error due to edit mask only.
Kindly verify whether the correct indicator is present during the template download process.

Regards,
Neeraj.

Possible Causes of Structure Indicator Mismatches are
Missing or Incorrect Structure Indicator Configuration. The structure indicator must be predefined in Customizing before loading data. If the indicator used in the template doesn't match what's configured in the system (edit mask, hierarchy levels), SAP may default to a different one or reject the format.
Even if the hierarchy levels look fine, the edit mask (which controls allowed characters and grouping) might differ. For example, a mask like AA-AA-AA vs. AAA-AA-AA will cause mismatches.
Structure indicators are managed at the client level, so if you're working across systems or clients, the indicator might not exist or be different in the target system.
If you're using reference functional locations, the system may apply the structure indicator from the reference instead of the one in your template.
Sometimes the field mapping in the Migration Cockpit doesn’t correctly link the structure indicator field to the backend table, especially if custom fields or enhancements are involved.

What You Can Do
- Double-check the structure indicator configuration in SPRO > Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Master Data > Technical Objects > Functional Locations > Create Structure Indicator. There
- Verify that the edit mask and hierarchy levels match exactly between the template and system config.
- Ensure the structure indicator exists and is active in the target system/client.
- If needed, manually create or adjust the structure indicator before reloading the data.

I have checked template and found structure indicator exactly same as required and i have checked the structure indicator in configuration too which is exactly same as in development.

Is there any issue expected in Data Migration cockpit.
