FM_FUNCTION - data missing in table TFKB

I hope somebody can guide me.
My colleague has created a product via FM_FUNCTION but somehow the 3 parts of the product is not showing in the table TFKB. What should I do to trigger it.

We need more details, otherwise it is impossible to answer this question...

What exactly is the FM doing, and how do you call it? There are many, many possible errors... E.g. you could call the FM with some missing inputs, or the inputs are ok, but the FM code is not using them, or the FM is using them and even writing them to the DB table in an INSERT or UPDATE, but has forgotten the COMMIT WORK... etc. etc.

I will try explain in another way.
We are using tcode FM_FUNCTION to create functional areas. and it is our normal process

and then we will check in the table TFKB if everything is correct. The functional area is divided in 3 parts, and it will be showed separately in the table TFKB. But it is not happening.

I am getting the whole functional area number but the grupping and functional area 1, functional area 2 and functional area 3 is not appearing. I tried to force an update by changing the name og the date but nothing could help. It will afect the BO report because the coluns to this functional area is empaty.
