fin statement

hi,

i always think that financial statement generated via S_ALR_87012284 is the final fin statement and it is used by company for the statutory usage.

but now i see finance people only extracting data out from this tcode for other reporting or statement. it seems as if this S_ALR_87012284 is not a final.

may i know what should i call this financial statement generated by S_ALR_87012284 as it is not the final statement yet.

Hi,

This is indeed a financial statement. SAP has provided flexibility to use different FSV for different reporting purpose. You have this option available in T.code *2284 alongwith other selection parameters. This is upto the accounts & finance team to decide which FSV they should use for different reporting requirements.
