FF.5 Problem

Hi All

Our current scenario bank statement gendered each and every day and we are uploading the bank statement with same format by using transaction code FF.5 .

We are trying to upload the bank statement on weekly basis with same format and same bank account system will not allow uploading the bank statement on weekly basis. system generated error message.

Please clarify the below points.

We need to upload the Bank statement on weekly basis not on daily basis by using transaction code FF.5.Every day bank statement generated by incremental bank statement number for example.

01/05/2010 - Statement number 001

02/05/2010 u2013 Statement number 002

03/05/2010 u2013 Statement number 003

Will it system allow to upload the bank statement on weekly basis by using transaction code FF.5.

Please confirm.

Hello,

As explained, if you receive the message FB770 you can change it to warning only and then import the files.

This message is displayed due to the standard verification.

Can you please inform us the error message you are receiving?

Hello,

When you import the bank statement, the program check if you

have uploaded the data of the previous day, if not,

then it displays the error/Warning message FB770 "'Account&: Statement & is not in the bank data storage".

In this case you can check the SAP note below:

747633 - Account statement: Customize message FB770

Using the procedure described in the note you can change the message status from error to warning, for example, and then import the files.

For my case previous day data only we are trying to uploading into sap. For example last one week bank data only we are trying to upload by using transaction code FF.5.
