FBL3N export spreadsheet

The first time when you do this you get a selction screen with open office, EXCEL,....

It is posible to select one and say that you want to use this as default. How you can change this default again when the wrong one was selected?

To options to solve this:

In the GUI ALV, an entry in the table SALV_BS_ADMIN means that you skip the dialog box 'Select Spreadsheet' and you directly go to the screen where you save the file. In the context menu of the list, choose 'Spreadsheet' so that the system displays the dialog box 'Select Spreadsheet' again for the export.

Run the program:

SALV_BS_ADMIN_MAINTAIN

Hi Paul

I presume that even if you select an option for download, the system resets to the top option.

The system is programmed to pick the top optioned.

So making a default is tough but an ABAPer could check the option to make it a default.

And to change it only manual option is available.

Hi,

try to save it through System->List->Save->Local File->Spreadsheet

or

when you open an ALV report, right-click the content and click "Spreadsheet".

Hi.......

Just try like this after drill down the FBL5N,FBL1N&FBL3N ,JUST U CAN GO TO SETINGS > SWITH LIST.

THEN U CAN GET DATA IN ALV GRID.....

THEN U CAN FOLLOW SAVE LIST IN EXCEL.....down load come accut

And if you want to remove the default choice, go to System->User Profile->Own Data->Parameters

and delete parameter "G_RW_DOCUMENT_TYPE". Then log out and log in again.
