Export software collection

Hi!, I can't export de software collection.

The system displays an error message: "System downtime start in 0 minutes", and it cancel de export.

I review the note, but I don't understand why the system cancel if I had exported another collections before.

Hello Jose,

I see the error message in your screen shot that you tried to export during the system down time when the configuration is locked.

Please try it again later when the system is back in service and it should work.

Hi, the system is not locked. I can configure the system but I can't export the collection software.

I don't understand the system message.

Hello Jose,

I've encountered a similar message to that in the past but only when there wasn't a change project open. If you do have a change project open for configuration, I think the best course of action would be to log an incident so that SAP can investigate further.

Hi Jose,

I think you are trying to export an entire software collection instead of which one (single or specific items) you want to export to Prod. Instead of export whole collection try do Hotfix option.

You can move the items to HotFix and you check for the inconsistency and do export.

Items that are dependent of each other much be exported in one and the same software collection.

So if you put it in the YY1_39 collection it will work
