are you copying from another materials to create a new material?
if so pl refer the following note -
Note 137601 - M3820 'Tables T001W + TCURM inconsistent
You create a material with reference to a reference material. In the process, the system generates an error message in the organization level dialog box. Then, you enter another plant or another reference plant. The system then incorrectly responds with message M3820, 'Tables T001W and TCURM inconsistent; notify your systems administrator'.
check and come back

Dear Anil Kumar
The error is simple.Let me explain
U have defined a plant manually and Assigned storage locations. Now are trying to create a material in the material master (mm01)
Suggestion 1.) Before this step, Assign ur plant ( Which u have manually defined) to ur company code .(T.Code OX18)
Suggestion 2.) If u have done the previous assignment, go to transaction OX14.Here valuation area to the plant has to be maintained
Kindly check the settings
Hope this clarifies ur doubt
Reward, if usefull
Regards,
Palaniappan
Hi Anil Kumar
This error occurs because, your plant is not assigned to your company code.
You can check this in the following customization
SPRO --> Enterprise Structure --> Assignment --> Logistics - general --> Assign plant to Company code ( OX18)
Hope, this clears u'r error, else revert back
reward points, if usefull

Hi Anil
Check the valuation area in both these tables for your client. I guess there is some data mismatch in terms of valuation area or may be factory calendor (i m not sure)
Please check for your client in both these table and revert
