dear all,

i am having a peculiar error.

while creating po thru me21n everyone must have seen a hold tab comes just after other purchase order tab.

now whenever i am trying to make a service po thru me21n with cost center K and item category as D with a reference to a service pr at initial entry only this hold tab just vanishes.

to be more precise that hold tad vanishes when i am using item category D.

can anyone throw some light on where the econfigration change has to make???????

also it is happening for item category B and L.

Also in BADI of purchasing in IMG screen there is one badi for "Deactivate HOLD function for Enjoy PO".

I read document attached to this IMG activity.there is one note as follows:-

Enjoy purchase orders cannot be put on hold if any of the following criteria apply:

The PO contains service items

The PO contains "third-party" items

Commitment errors are involved

Subsequent (period-end volume rebate) settlement is involved

Item categories are defined id "Define external representation of item categories" in Purchasing of IMG

allowed item catwegories are are defined when you define doctyps

SORRRY,

i dont know the reason for the same.

even this is not applicable for 3rd party PO's.
