Error while saving CDS VIEW for email template

Hello Gurus,

I have created the below CDS view.

I have provide the CDS view for the custom email template. Upon Saving, I am getting the warning that the CDS view is not released or it is deprecated (SMTG_AUTHORING004).

Upon analysis found that the CDS view is checked if released in CDS view ARS_APIS_RELEASED_C1_OR_GROUPS.

I have tried to map existing CDS view I_PURCHASEORDEREMAILPARAMETER to email template got same error:

How to add/release the custom CDS view such that it is available in ARS_APIS_RELEASED_C1_OR_GROUPS?

I know it's an old question but I found it when searching for a solution myself. You need to go the properties of your cds view and add a release contract
