error reading the standard sequence from document table using bapi_alm_order_maintain

hi all,

I have a requirement of creating multiple work orders at a time using the Bapi_alm_order_maintain .

I am able to achieve it only for the first order which is getting created correctly as per requirement . The next orders starts throwing error saying that error reading the standard sequence from document table . attaching the table

below like how i am passing the data to the bapi ,please let me know what changes i have to do in method table to achieve it or please let me know any examples that i can find to achieve the same thank you

Can you please share the code.

I believe, you are calling the bapi inside the loop of orders.

so at begining of the loop

please refresh the internal tables that you pass inside the bapi.

if you can share the code, it will be helpful to solve

Hi venkat ,

thanks for the reply . i am not using any code or creating report program to do this. using a tool where we map excel attributes to the attributes of bapi and then load directly from excel to system. the code will be the bapi source code itself.
