Error E:EDOCUMENT_MY:017 when posting DEBMAS idocs

Hello,

We recently migrated to SAP EHP8 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 (yes we are late). Now a lot of DEBMAS idocs that previously where processed without any problem, are ending now with error E:EDOCUMENT_MY:017 Message no. EDOCUMENT_MY017

When I afterwards process the DEBMAS idoc via the Workspace, it only processes the idoc when I choose foreground by pressing Enter when the error occurs. In background it doesn't process.

When I process from workspace with option Process Foreground from error, then it stops at Taxes Sales Area. showing Country NL, Tax category MWST, Output Tax, Tax classification 1, Liable for taxes. When pressing Save, it saves the customer after prompting the OK-Code =AO01. 

Related with this error, I found some posts online about table EDOCOMPLAT eDocument: Communication Platform OBSOLETE. This table is empty, I don't know if it was filled before. Seems like this is Obsolete (now)!?

Hi,

The issue is solved. In the upgrade, (new) customer screen groups are added by default, in our case MY (Malaysia), TW (Taiwan) and UA (Ukraine). In earlier upgrade also VS was added.

I have deleted those 4 screen groups, we don't use them. That solved the issue. The error message related to MY was not the real error, that was related to tax.
