Error 500 when insert into user defined field by php

Hi to all SAP expert, may need your kindly help to advise on below.
The add function working fine totally without entry data into UDF, but it go error 500 most of the time when entry data into UDF.
With the same data/coding, it may run successfully(maybe once per 20 times) if I keep on refreshing the page, but it fail most of the time.
Below adding the error log in IIS.

Wonder if there is any fix release on this issue?
