Dear All,
in App eDocument Cockpit we get error message EDOCUMENT006. Hence we can´t execute further actions ike cancle or void of existing and already transmitted documents. There so one SAP available, however this is not applicable in the Public Clodu Version.
Any idea how to solve the problem of the table oveflow in EDOCUMENTHISTORY within Public Cloud?

EDOCUMENT006 occurs when the system is unable to create a new entry in EDOCUMENTHISTORY. Please verify the Sequence No. in the eDocument Status/History.
For 999: this is a hard limit by design, so further actions (such as cancel, void, or resubmit) are not possible. Please reverse the source document and create a new eDocument use Manage Billing Documents to cancel.

If the value is below 999, stop any Schedule eDocument Jobs that are retrying the same document and try once more. If it still fails, raise an SAP incident (CA-GTF-CSC-EDO) with the eDocument GUID and screenshots; Support can correct the insert issue.

For long-term housekeeping, you can SAP Help-Archive eDocuments with the archiving object EDOCUMENT.

If the "Resolution" provided in the SAP note 3595486 is not solving your issue, you can raise a ticket to SAP citing this SAP note as reference and explain your issue with the related screen shot.

Error EDOCUMENT006 means EDOCUMENTHISTORY table is overloaded.
You cannot apply SAP Notes or make direct technical fixes in Public Cloud.
You can reset status using CPI or cancel the original invoice with VF11.
Only SAP Support can clear or extend EDOCUMENTHISTORY in Public Cloud.
