Drag and Drop Functionality

Dear Experts,

We are using SAP 9.2 PL10 and facing the below issue.

When we are trying to add an attachment to any SAP B1 form i.e. Business Partner, by using drag and drop functionality, the files doesn't attach. User has opened SAP B1 Client with Right Click \ Run As Administrator and also windows user has administrator rights.

Could you please advice?

This functionality used to work sometimes back. Anyone with a note or a link to more info on why it's no longer working?

I believe SAP does not support this functionality you need to contact SAP Global support or raise an idea on SAP Idea Place

We are facing the same Issue.

Using the Browse function there is no problem attaching documents,

but with the Drag & Drop functionality we cannot attach any documents.

Anyone already found a solution for this problem?
