Document display

Hello All,

Some documents were posted through transaction FB10 and documents were saved i.e number to the documents were generated. after some time when we went to display the documents, we could not see the documents. The documents were not available in table BKPF also. what could be the reasons, how can I find these documents.

Hi

You can view the documents in FB03 the data to be filled

1.Document NO

2.Company Code

3.Fiscal Year

Then Press enter You can view the doucument otherwise you will get a ERROR message

Please post the Entire ERROR message let us find some solution

If the document is posted it will be there.

Please use T.code FB03 to display the doc but it requires the doc nbr and the comp code .

And if you are not sure abt the doc number than use this transaction FBL1N . Try and find out doc Number through Vendor and posting date.Please use correct Fiscal Yr , CCode.

thank you for the reply.

If the document is not saved, then generating the document number doesnt come into picture. example we have entered four documents when saved document numbers got generated as 6, 7, 8, and 9. When I see the document list, I could see the documents up to 5 and after 11 but not 6,7,8,9. i.e these document numbers are missing in the list.

U can try in FB03 by giving FB10 as T.Code in dynamic selections.
