First of all ASAP in not <b>tool</b>..this is a methodology to execute a project.

SAP provide ASAP methdology and Solution manager .

But consulting company develop their own methodoly of implimentation as per their convient.

But the basic is ASAP methodoly having 5 phase.

So it differ from company to company.

Narotham,

ASAP & Solution manager are SAP provided tools for Implementation. Generally all top SAP Consulting companies will have their own methodology/tool which is basically an evolution of ASAP methodology.

In Deloitte we use "EVD"- Enterprise Value Delivery method.
