Differences between Super user and simple user

is there any document i can take a look which describes the differences between a simple user and the Super user?

Hi Vasileios,

Super User : He is the legally controller of SAP who has be default full authorization.

  A superuser:

• Can access all windows and perform all functions in SAP Business One
• Can limit the authorizations of users that are not superusers

Professional User : He has not full authorization of all module.

Hi,

1. Super user has full authorization and control for all modules. He/she can access SAP Business one customer portal for learning and documentation.

2. Simple user has limited authorization and fucntions based on user license type.

For examle,

Simple user not allowed to perform default user setting. But  super user can perform such settings.

Hi,

A Super User usually is ID for a user who has the access and control over all the various functions available in the system. Majorly its about the access and rights to the various modules and sub modules which can be controlled using the Authorisation and settings changing etc.

A simple user is the user who is a daily user based on the settings and authorizations provided by the Super User and has limited access due to that.
