hI,

Implementation means that , Implementing the whole thing. For eg. consider one project of SAP. In SAP all consultants work together and integrate the all modules and Implement that project. And to Implement that project they need to develop all things required to Implement SAP. Means Development means customize the things required to Implement the project.

you have an enterprise and want to use applications for more efficiency. Firstly when you prepare such applications for the first time they are called DEVELOPMENT.

Once you have some applications and want to shift to SAP, then it's called as IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP.

hi,

IMPLEMENTATION -- it means when a client is moving all their major activities from non-SAP to SAP.

DEVELOPMENT -- it is a process of developing some objects.

Development will happen in both IMplementation prjts and also in Support Prjt's
